1. What makes Wellspring different?
Wellspring was created to be different by both design and function, providing excellent facilities, excellent people and excellent results. "Excellence is our Benchmark." We prove it every day.

2. How much will it cost?
The only real answer to this question is; "your health and wellbeing in life is worth making investments of time and of money." Your individual out-of-pocket costs will depend on type and length of treatments and other medical and personal conditions. We strongly encourage potential patients NOT to consider the monetary costs alone when determining the decision to become a Wellspring patient. Remaining a sufferer of pain is an option, but it is a costly option over time.

3. What insurance plans does Wellspring accept?
Wellspring accepts all major medical insurance plans for billing except Medicaid. Please note that your claim will be filed, but full or partial payment might not be authorized without prior approval by your insurance company. In-network and out-of-network claims could have different billing requirements. Wellspring will assist you in finding out if your pain solution is covered.

4. If insurance will not pay what options do I have?
There are payment plans available and you do have options that are worth exploring. Speak with a front desk associate during your appointment or call (812) 376-0700 for special details on which option or options would best meet your financial situation.

5. Where do I go for treatment procedures?
All treatment procedures that do not require general anesthesia are done on-site in a state licensed surgery center. For your medical safety certain procedures requiring general anesthesia must be preformed at Columbus Regional Hospital or Columbus Surgery Center.

6. Does Wellspring require a physician referral?
Yes, a referral is required to become a Wellspring patient.

7. If I am referred by a physician, will the referring doctor be informed of my diagnosis and treatment plan?
Yes, the referring physician will be notified unless you request otherwise in writing. You should understand that your best medical interest will be served by having your referral doctor notified of the proposed therapeutic and medical treatment plan.
