Our Providers

Dr. Beck is a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation physician. A native of northeast Indiana, he completed both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Indiana University with high distinction. Dr. Beck also obtained his medical degree from Indiana University in 2007 and continued his training as a physical medicine and rehabilitation resident at the University of Wisconsin.

Dr. Beck joined Wellspring Pain Solutions after spending time with Premier Healthcare and as medical director of the Mayo Clinic Health System Spine Center. His treatment philosophy focuses on improving function and reducing pain to expedite return to work and daily living by utilizing a multidisciplinary evidence-based approach.

Dr. Beck has a special interest in spine-related disorders and interventional pain procedures. He is dedicated to educating the local community about appropriate pain treatment options. He has taught nationally on implantable pain devices. Outside the office, Dr. Beck enjoys spending time with his wife, Kate, and their two children.

Dr. Borhan, raised in Bedford, Indiana, completed his undergraduate studies at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. He later went on to St. George’s University for his medical studies. He received certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at University of Louisville and finished his medical training with a fellowship in Pain Management at Georgia Pain Physicians. Dr. Borhan is currently both board certified in Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Dr. Borhan’s expertise includes treatment regarding headaches, axial spinal pain, appendicular complaints, as well as abdominal and pelvic pain.

Angie has been a Registered Nurse since 1986 and has a variety of experience. She obtained an Associate Degree at Indiana Central University, a Bachelor degree at Purdue and a Master’s Degree at Ball State University in Administration. Angie completed her Family Nurse Practitioners Program at the University of Indianapolis in 2011 and has been practicing Pain Management ever since.

She joined Wellspring in September 2015 and is very proud to be part of this wonderful group of providers and staff.

Angie is married and has two adult children. She loves spending time with her family, camping, and traveling

Sherri received her Associates in Nursing as an Honors Graduate from Vincennes University. She received her Bachelors in Nursing as an honors Graduate from IU Southeast. She received her Masters in Nursing from University of Southern Indiana and has since completed her Post-Master’s Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in July 2018 from University of Southern Indiana.

Sherri joined Wellspring in May 2017. She resides in Southern Indiana with her husband.

After graduating in 1986 from Indiana University School of Medicine, Dr. Drew Robertson completed his residency in Family Medicine at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.He then entered anesthesia residency at Indiana University Medical Center, which he completed in 1994. From 1994 to 2005, Dr. Robertson practiced anesthesia and pain management in Columbus, IN.

In 2005, Dr. Robertson founded Wellspring Pain Solutions, a medical center devoted solely to seeking the causes of and solutions for pain. His dedication to medical professionalism, within and outside his practice, has earned him the respect of his medical colleagues and his patients.

Katie earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Indiana University in 2011. She went on to receive a Master of Science in Nursing from University of Southern Indiana in 2016. She has experience in both inpatient care as an RN and Family Practice as a Nurse Practitioner.

Katie joined Wellspring Pain Solutions in the spring of 2021. Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her three children, traveling, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
