How does it work?

TenJet delivers a focused, high‑velocity sterile saline stream to break down and evacuate unhealthy tendon tissue while your provider watches on ultrasound. This targeted debridement reduces inflammation and stimulates healing.

How do I know if Tenjet is right for me?

Ideal for chronic tendon pain (3+ months) that hasn’t improved with rest, physical therapy, or injections. Common areas treated:

  • Shoulder (rotator cuff)
  • Elbow (tennis/golfer’s elbow)
  • Hip (gluteal tendinopathy)
  • Knee (patellar tendinopathy)
  • Achilles
  • Foot (plantar fasciitis)

What to expect?

  • Consultation: One of our specialists evaluates your condition, reviews imaging and prior treatments, and determines if TenJet is appropriate.
  • Procedure: Performed at our outpatient surgery center with local anesthetic and ultrasound guidance. A small incision is used; the procedure takes only minutes.
  • Aftercare: Most patients go home the same day. Some discomfort may occur as anesthesia wears off. Stitches usually aren’t required. Full benefits often develop over several weeks to three months as the tendon heals.
  • Recovery: Individual recovery varies. Some patients feel immediate relief; significant pain reduction is often seen within three months with appropriate post-treatment rehab.
