Jeffrey Beck, M.D.
Dr. Jeffrey Beck is a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation physician and a native of northeast Indiana. He earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Indiana University with high distinction before obtaining his medical degree from the same institution in 2007. Dr. Beck then continued his training as a physical medicine and rehabilitation resident at the University of Wisconsin.
Before joining Wellspring Pain Solutions, Dr. Beck worked with Premier Healthcare and served as the medical director of the Mayo Clinic Health System Spine Center. He has a special interest in spine-related disorders and interventional pain procedures. Dr. Beck’s treatment philosophy centers on improving function and reducing pain to expedite return to work and daily living through a multidisciplinary, evidence-based approach. Dedicated to educating the local community about appropriate pain treatment options, he has also taught nationally on implantable pain devices.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Beck enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Kate, and their two children.

Drew Robertson, M.D.
Dr. Drew Robertson is a highly experienced physician and the founder of Wellspring Pain Solutions. After earning his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine, Dr. Robertson completed his residency in Family Medicine at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He subsequently pursued residency training in Anesthesia at Indiana University Medical Center.
Prior to establishing Wellspring Pain Solutions in 2005, Dr. Robertson practiced anesthesia and pain management in Columbus, Indiana, beginning in 1994. Wellspring Pain Solutions is a dedicated medical center focused on diagnosing the underlying causes of pain and providing effective solutions. Dr. Robertson’s commitment to medical professionalism, both within his practice and in the broader medical community, has earned him the respect of colleagues and patients alike.

Timothy Von Fange, M.D.
Dr. Timothy Von Fange is a board-certified family medicine physician with a Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Primary Care Sports Medicine. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Indiana University, followed by his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Von Fange completed his residency in Family Medicine and a fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine at Moses Cone in Greensboro, NC.
Dr. Von Fange comes to Wellspring Pain Solutions after working with Columbus Regional Health Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. He has served as a team physician for various organizations, including Columbus North High School and Indiana University-Columbus. Dr. Von Fange is actively involved in community engagement, serving as Medical Director for the Mill Race Marathon and as a board member for Trinity Youth Football League. His approach involves applying his extensive knowledge in sports medicine to improve patient outcomes.

Nicole Hasert, FNP-C
Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University Purdue University Columbus. In 2023, she furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana University Columbus.
Nicole joined Wellspring Pain Solutions in January 2024. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Sherri Mathies, FNP-BC
Sherri is an Honors Graduate with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Vincennes University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from IU Southeast. She earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Southern Indiana, where she also completed her Post-Master’s Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program in July 2018.
Sherri joined Wellspring in May 2017. She resides in Southern Indiana with her husband.

Betsy Nelson, PA-C
Betsy Nelson, PA-C, is an NCCPA-certified Physician Assistant specializing in comprehensive patient care. Her clinical rotations included experience in emergency medicine, general surgery, and family medicine, providing her with a solid foundation for her current role. She holds a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Dominican University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Anderson University.
Beyond her medical training, Betsy is an active volunteer with organizations like Feed My Starving Children and the Chicago Marathon.

Robert Stiles, PA-C
Robert Stiles, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in interventional pain management. He earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Franklin College and his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Concord University, where he also minored in health promotion with a pre-physician assistant emphasis.
Robert completed a diverse range of clinical rotations, including neurosurgery, interventional pain management, emergency medicine, internal medicine, and family medicine, providing him with a strong foundation in managing both acute and chronic conditions. He has a particular interest in spine and nerve-related pathologies and takes a comprehensive approach to evaluating and treating pain.
At Wellspring Pain Solutions, Robert focuses on delivering patient-centered care to improve function and quality of life. He works closely with patients and the care team to develop individualized treatment plans that may include conservative therapies and advanced interventional options, such as epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, ultrasound-guided injections, spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, and minimally invasive spinal procedures.
Outside of his practice, Robert enjoys staying active, golfing, following sports, and spending time with his fiancée and their dachshund, Millie.
